OS : Windows 7 Professional 64 bits SP1 (french)

Motherboard : MSI H81M-P33 (chipset: H81) with a Realtek ALC887 onboard
(VEN_10EC&DEV_0887&SUBSYS_1462D817&REV_1003, v:6.0.1.7503, published:2015-05-05)

Sound card : PCI-e DIAMOND XS71HD
(HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_13F6&DEV_8828&SUBSYS_10928828&REV_1013, v:7.0.1.12, published:2013-05-16)

Greetings, I will try to keep this concise, I hope you will be able to help.

I am unable to play any song from Zenpoint; songs stay stuck at 0:00 and won't play (found a post with a similar issue here). I can hear ZenPoint's menu sound FXs but the music won't play; I can listen to music in any other software, everything else seeems to work.

I tried both sound cards independently from each other (used the PCI-E soundcard while desactivating the onboard one from the BIOS and conversely; I used a driver-sweeper to remove all traces of drivers so they are not loaded by the system during tests).

Logs give no error beside numerous MusicImporter String truncation entries as we are currently importing our music library on this computer. I am currently tryin to use previous verison of my drivers but with no success so far.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Update Info:
This is what i get via an Support Email...

>music center dont play m4a songs??? just stuck at 00:00 playtime i have
>manualy skip the song, what is wrong here?

Make sure you have set your sound card to stereo and not surround sound.
Make sure your music isn't DRM protected.
Make sure your songs is not ITunes songs. Unfortunately ITunes makes
changes to your music and you have to convert them back into the normal
format.
